Early registration rates are available until June 30, 2025. After June 30, all rates increase. Those who register on or before June 30 will be entered into a draw for free registration.

All refunds are subject to a $50 administrative fee. A full registration fee refund (minus $50 administrative charge) will be available up until September 19, 2025. Starting on September 20, 2025 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Starting on October 1, 2025 no registration refunds will be made. By registering for the conference you agree with this policy regardless of the method of payment.
