The Next Gen

Supporting Youth in the Performing Arts

The Next Gen represents BC Live Performance Network’s commitment to creating opportunities for young people in the performing arts sector by providing financial support for their attendance at Pacific Contact, BC’s annual showcase conference for the performing arts.

Youth Opportunity

BC Live members are invited to nominate a youth who is working or volunteering in the performing arts in BC to attend Pacific Contact 2025. They are eligible to receive up to $500 to support travel and accommodation, as well as a complimentary registration to the conference (total value of $1,000).

Youth are defined as those 19-30 years old. Priority will be given to those who have not participated in the past. A limited number of subsidies are available.
