Pacific Contact is BC Live’s annual showcase conference for the performing arts. This 4-day conference attracts performing arts professionals who gather to plan performances, network, and learn. Pacific Contact features juried showcase performances by approximately 40 different artist groups, a trade-show style exhibit hall (Contact Room), networking events, panels, meetings and workshops.

How to Register
To register, select either member or non-member. If you are listed in our Presenters / Venues Directory, you are a current member.
You can then register as a Presenter for the 4-day conference, or pick single-day registration if you only want to attend on Friday October 3, 2025.
Please note that the only meal provided free with your registration is on Saturday, October 4. Seating is limited, so we recommend registering early to secure your spot.

What is a Presenter?
Presenters essentially book shows to perform in schools, venues or festivals. They may work within non-profit organizations, municipalities, universities, schools or festivals, but they all share a common passion: supporting artists, developing audiences and building community.
Accommodation: Book by September 2, 2025
There is limited space available at the Sandman Hotel on Davie St. and the Quality Inn Hotel. The Granville Island Hotel is sold out. The deadline to book the Sandman Hotel is August 31, 2025 and the Quality Inn Hotel booking deadline is September 2, 2025. We will provide a morning shuttle from the Sandman and Quality Inn Hotels to Granville Island for registered delegates.
