Early registration rates are available until June 30, 2025. After June 30, all rates increase. Those who register on or before June 30 will be entered into a draw for free registration.
In the event of a Canada Post strike, we encourage those registering to pay by e-transfer or PayPal.

All refunds are subject to a $50 administrative fee. A full registration fee refund (minus a $50 administrative charge) will be available until September 19, 2025. Starting September 20, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Beginning on October 1, 2025, no registration refunds will be made. By registering for the conference, you agree to this policy regardless of the method of payment.
