Congratulations on being selected to Showcase or Pitch and Perform at Pacific Contact 2026! Pacific Contact will take place in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island from October 1-3, 2026.
Important Next Steps
Complete the Showcase Artists Advance Form that includes an Artist Agreement, Tech Information & Promo Form. Please complete the form by Friday May 29, 2026.
- Artists must be represented in the Contact Room during the designated times.
- While we will do our best to accommodate performance date/time conflicts, it may not always be possible. If you do have a date conflict, please indicate this on your tech form.
- If you are not able to showcase in 2026, we will not be able to carry your showcase forward to 2027.
Pacific Contact Conference Registration
Each group or representative must register for Pacific Contact. Please register by Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
- One full Pacific Contact conference registration with a booth ($450)
- Additional delegates can get a discounted full conference pass ($250)
- Artists performing in your group are eligible for a special one-day rate ($50)
BC Live Membership
Your application to showcase gave you a complimentary BC Live membership until October 31, 2026. This gives you exclusive access to BC Live services, including a listing in our online Artist Directory.

Your BC Live Artist Membership also grants you discounted pricing to attend Pacific Contact. Please be sure you log in to bclive.ca and request a password to receive the discount.
Grant Support
Grant support for showcasing artists is available – see Showcase Financial Assistance on our website.
Letter of Support
A Letter of Support can be provided. Please send requests to admin@bclive.ca.
Production Schedule
A detailed schedule that includes your showcase time/date will be posted here once all agreements are received.
