Step 1 – Book Your Ad

Choose the ad size and reserve it at the link below. A BC Live team member will follow up with you regarding payment and artwork. Ads must be paid in full before printing.

Step 2 – Produce Your Ad

Standard Ads – full colour

  • $200 Quarter Page – 3.5 inches wide by 4.75 inches tall
  • $300 Half Page – 7.25 inches wide by 4.75 inches tall
  • $400 Full Page – 7.25 inches wide by 10 inches tall
  • SOLD-$500 Inside Back Cover – 7.25 inches wide by 10 inches tall

Step 3 – Submit Artwork by Friday, August 21, 2026

The deadline to submit artwork is Friday, August 21, 2026.

  • Ads will be printed in full colour, ensuring the highest quality and visual impact.
  • All ads need to be supplied in digital format. The file formats are EPS, JPEG or PDF.
  • Ensure ad files are at least 300 dpi.
  • If possible, please ensure all fonts have been “outlined” or turned into “paths” or “curves.”
