As part of our ongoing commitment to advancing reconciliation, BC Live is offering one $2,500 award to host cultural events during the week of National Indigenous Peoples’ Day in June 2026.
BC Live’s Presenter and Festival members are eligible to apply for one award of up to $2,500 to advance local healing and reconciliation initiatives and to celebrate Indigenous peoples’ unique cultures and outstanding achievements.
Proposed events must occur during the week of National Indigenous Peoples Day in June 2026 (June 15-21).
Applications must be submitted by Friday, February 20, 2026, at 5 pm PT. Applicants will be notified of the outcome by email by March 13, 2026.
The successful recipient will be asked to acknowledge support and to submit a one-page report with images/photos following the event(s).
